Costs
Please note: We will accept private pay insurance, as applicable, to cover portions of your cost. Contact us to find out what insurance we accept and if we can work with your insurance company.
The base rate is $175 per day (some insurance aid in covering portions of this cost). This base rate would come with a set of basic services. The basic services are listed below:
- Room and Board
- 24/7 structured family setting
- Intensive Counseling services
- Individualized Service Plan (within 3 days) *A clear set of personal goals is established and the youth is encouraged by their caseworker (Family Treatment Coordinator), consistently, to stay on task.
- Individualized Education Plan and Basic School Fees as applicable *A clear set of educational goals is established and the youth is encouraged by their caseworker, consistently, to stay on task.
- Weekly Treatment meetings at a minimum
- Consistent personal attention from the Professional Treatment Facilitator
- 24/7 hotline availability
- Monthly updates data driven reports (Weekly if applicable)
- Recreational opportunities with peers
- Weekly Primary Family contact
- Intense focus on appropriate Independent Living Skill Development and Social Skill Development
- Provide family support with birth family/supervise family visitation as outlined in the ISP/Treatment Plan
- All required local transportation (as applicable)
- Basic personal and clothing allowances to the youth
- Access to highly competent, trained and credentialed staff (see: Credential/Staff link)
- GED Options available
- Diet and exercise (as outlined in the ISP)
Primary Family Responsibilities
- Medical services (insurance or private pay)
- Psychiatric/Medication Services
- Drug counseling/substance abuse treatment
- Personal expenditures above program provided
- Cell Phone if desired
Note: with the availability of add on pricing, we can take the lead on any of the above issues.
Add on pricing is available. For example:
- Video teleconferencing directly with the parent on a weekly through monthly basis
- Individualized recreational opportunities, for example: singing, dance, judo, wrestling, gymnastics, guitar lessons (any special interest activities)
- Monthly or quarterly flight arrangements (with appropriate chaperone) Transportation for visitation (however, video conferencing can/will be made available)
- Private schooling, tutor and home-school opportunities
- On line schooling availability
- Electronic monitoring
- Drug Testing
