Phoenix Homes is an organization of highy experienced and qualified child care professionals from across the United States. Together they have in excess of 200 years of treatment foster care experience. This group of professionals is known as the Administrative Team and are available to the local treatment staff 24 hours a day for consultation, and are also available directly to the foster parents for consultation and support. This unique concept of a highly qualified team of professionals shared by all of our offices allows each the expertise of the team without bearing the high cost that anyone of them would bear individually.
