Divisional Treatment Administrator

A Divisional Treatment Administrator (DTA) serves as the director and leader of each division. The DTA is responsible for supervision of all employees within his or her division.

Divisional Treatment Administrators must possess strong supervisory skills and excellent communication. We require a Masters Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or Guidance and Counseling and a minimum of three years of experience in supervision plus a minimum of two years in foster care.

Divisional Administrator

A Divisional Administrator (DA) serves as the director and leader of our divisions that are equal to two or more divisions in number of youth. The DA is responsible for supervision of management within the division and for the operations of the division in general.

Divisional Administrators must possess strong supervisory skills and excellent communication. We require a Masters Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or Guidance and Counseling and a minimum of five years of experience in supervision plus a minimum of five years in Treatment Foster Care.

Divisional Therapy Specialist

A Divisional Therapy Specialist (DTS) provides therapy, counseling, and training to our youth and Primary Treatment Facilitators (foster parents).

Divisional Therapy Specialists must possess great communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a Masters Degree and an LPC or NCC certification. We also require three to five years of Treatment Foster Care experience for this position.

Placement Coordinator

A Placement Coordinator (PC) is responsible for recruitment and licensure of foster homes, placement of youth, Quality Assurance, and some training of Primary Treatment Facilitators.

The individual in the PC position will be second in command in lieu of a DTA, so strong management skills and two to three years of experience in the Treatment Foster Care field are necessary for this position. This individual must possess EXCELLENT Quality Control skills and great communication. An MSW is required for this position.

Family Treatment Coordinator

A Family Treatment Coordinator (FTC) provides quality case management and intervention to our foster youth and families.

Family Treatment Coordinators assist with or arrange services needed by foster youth and families. This position requires the ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, and the ability to complete necessary documentation on a timely basis. For this position we are looking for team players with two to three years of experience in Treatment Foster Care and a Masters in Social Work. A Bachelor’s in Social Work (or a related field) may be accepted in cases of exceptional experience.

Treatment Assistant

A Treatment Assistant (TA) provides case assistance and behavioral support.

Treatment Assistants must possess very strong relationship-building, coaching, and teaching skills as they serve in a mentor capacity to youth. They may assist youth (or teach PTFs how to assist) with school work or other activities and perform a variety of different services needed by our youth such as transportation, teaching appropriate social behaviors, coaching on Independent Living skills, etc. A Treatment Assistant must be a minimum of 21 years in age, and while a Bachelor's Degree is preferred we will also consider individuals with an Associates Degree, a high school diploma, or a GED providing that they have some experience working with youth.

Licensing Office Manager

A Licensing Office Manager (LOM) assists with licensing of new foster homes and recertification of existing ones.

The LOM will work closely with Placement Coordinators in the foster home licensing process & will be solely responsible for running all background checks for new foster parents & recertification of existing ones. This position requires above average organizational & computer skills, a positive, enthusiastic attitude, excellent phone etiquette & interpersonal skills, a high school diploma or GED, plus a minimum of three years of experience working with the RHET process and procedures.

Divisional Office Manager

A Divisional Office Manager (DOM) is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the physical office.

Divisional Office Managers must possess strong clerical skills as well as the ability to multitask and problem solve. The DOM will operate a multi-line phone system, enter data into several different databases, create documents and spreadsheets, distribute incoming mail, and perform a wide range of other tasks as needed to support the field staff. This position requires a positive, enthusiastic attitude, excellent phone etiquette, a high school diploma or GED, two to three years of experience in Administrative/Clerical, basic Accounting skills, and intermediate (or better) skills with Microsoft Excel.
